Brief History of the Company
Our humble beginnings — One Vision Architects was established as an Architectural, Design & Construction Company with the aim to provide high quality services plus excellent assistance and supervision.
The firm was founded by a group of young and highly creative professionals headed by Ar. Rayniel Vergara and Ar. Lheslie Vergara, both finished and honed Architecture at Technological University of the Philippines - Manila. Through their designs, strive to find the perfect balance between comfort, practicality and aesthetics. Their goal is not only to create stunning structures, but to improve lives.

Ar. Rayniel Vergara

Ar. Rayniel started gaining his key skills in mid-twenties and absorbed a great deal of knowledge regarding planning and designing.
He spent his apprenticeship in a Design and Build Company in Las Piñas City where he handled both residential, interior fit-outs and commercial projects. After 2 years of apprenticeship and passing the Architecture Board Exam, he decided to continue his practice in Singapore to broaden his understanding of different lifestyle, arts, and to deepen his knowledge of the global architectural trends.

After gaining all necessary experiences, Ar. Ray decided to have their own Architecture firm together with his real-life partner, Ar. Lhes, in which the firm was now named as the 'One Vision Architects'. With the shared goal, these young professionals envision a top-tier design and build firm in the country, and to provide the best value for one's investment.
Ar. Lheslie Vergara

Ar. Lheslie Anne worked as architectural apprentice in a construction company in Makati where she focused on residential, interior fit-outs and commercial developments under a special design group.
​
After 2 years of apprenticeship, she took the Architecture Licensure Exam and passed it. Together with Ar. Ray, she explored and broadened her skills, knowledge and practice in Singapore, where she focused on Architectural Interiors.
She believes that a structure should be aesthetically and functionally good not only on the outside but also on the inside.
